Below is the first time I rendered the scene to get familiar with the feel of the shaders and textures all together.

I began having problems with my render when they started to last for more than 4 minutes per frame. Not only that I had a lot of noise in my render. After

At this stage I had an overall feeling for my environment, a warm Christmas night

First attempt at rendering the whole sequence
In this first attempt at rendering the whole animation I encountered a very odd error. The problem was that I split the render in two sections, the first half was rendering at university while the other half was rendering at home. The next day I combined both sequences together in Premiere and had peculiar discoloration in the cat, I believe this problem was caused by the different settings of Arnold and I was able to change the settings at university to make the color of the cat consistent throughout the shot.
Backup Animation
The above clip is a version of my animation that I did before getting into adding any more details, as the time to hand in our projects approached I decided it was wise to have a backup version just in case something went wrong because something is always better than nothing.
