Preparing for 1st Assignment of Year 2!

This week we finally met the so long waited eleven second audio that would determine our route in this assignment and I must say that the audio could have been a bit more punchier but it could have been worse...The audio's script is the following:

Voice 1: Be funny if we both got it wrong, eh? If I did the good thing, and you did the bad one? (chuckles)

Voice 2: (nervous laughter)… No! Wouldn’t be funny at all!

It doesn't seem that bad at first and you even think it's an easy one when you first hear it but in reality it's something more complex. My friends were calm thinking about stories that would avoid the origin of the audio, a conversation between a demon and an angel.

 We came with a few ideas that were immediately crossed out because it wouldn't match the character's personality. An example of one of the stories was the following, 'A captain of a pirate ship forces a prisoner to walk to its death through a plank'. This sounded like a fun story however the dialogue was not in our favour, if Voice 1 was the pirate it would already be doing something bad and so would the prisoner so why would the prisoner think it wouldn't be funny if he was doing the bad one? I know what you are thinking and I completely understand you because I myself was confused trying to write it out. This is why the audio is tricky because the only way it would really fit nicely is if it was a conversation between a demon and an angel.
